Moth Oracle

The Moth Oracle was created purely for fun. I'd always thought it would be cool to design a tarot or oracle deck, and moths seemed like the perfect theme—intriguing, symbolic, and visually diverse. Ultimately, I found the process of making it far more enjoyable than pursuing any specific outcome, so the deck remains unpublished.

Inspired by the mysterious allure and transformative symbolism of moths, the Moth Oracle deck was designed as a personal passion project to explore themes of change, intuition, and self-discovery. Each of the 60 unique cards features a distinct moth species, illustrated with careful attention to detail and personality.

Understanding that moths serve as quiet reminders of the inevitability and beauty of change, this deck is intended as a gentle guide for moments when clarity and insight are needed most. Day-active moths carry the symbolism of the sun, illuminating truths and encouraging confidence, while nocturnal moths are tied to the moon and its phases, representing reflection, intuition, and the deeper mysteries of life.
